This warranty only covers defects in the material for (1) year limited warranty for your appliance purchased through professional salons, barbershops, and authorized distributors. If it has passed the 1 year from the time of your receipt, please do not send the appliance back to us. This warranty does NOT cover appliances purchased through an unauthorized retailer.
O2 PROFESSIONAL and BOX90210 will replace the appliance with a fee of $40 for processing, return shipping and handling fees. The replacement appliance is warranted for the remainder of the original one (1) year warranty period.
This warranty does not cover BUYERS REMORSE, any steel parts; plastic parts; flex cord; damages caused by dropping your appliance on a hard surface, negligence, misuse, tampering, alteration, failure to follow safety, operation, or maintenance instructions including cleaning regularly; appliances purchased over the unauthorized retailers; or alteration or removal of the serial number or other identifying marks on the appliance or the packaging. Further, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Save your original receipt as any warranty claims are only valid with proof of purchase. Return the appliance with the original receipt to the authorized salons, barbershops or O2 PROFESSIONAL authorized distributors from which it was purchased where the appliance may be exchanged at no charge, depending on their exchange policy (terms and conditions may vary depending on their exchange policy).
If the salon, barbershops or authorized O2 PROFESSIONAL Distributor does not honor the warranty within the (1) year of your receipt, contact O2 Professional customer service at info@totalbeautyresource.com to be issued a Return Authorization Number, send your appliance along with a copy of the original receipt indicating the location and date of purchase, your Return Authorization Number posted outside of your package and a check or money order made payable to Total Beauty Resource for $40 for processing, returns shipping and handling to address which will be provided with you along with your Return Authorization Number:
DO NOT send the appliance to Total Beauty Resource prior to contacting our Customer Service and obtaining a Return Authorization Number, as any appliance returned without a Return Authorization Number may become lost and/or irreplaceable.
Total Beauty Resource recommends tracking your shipment using UPS, Federal Express or Registered Mail. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send your appliance. Total Beauty Resource is not responsible for lost or stolen items or appliances during shipping.
